Hello, my name is Mai and I'm on a health and wellness journey! I'm just a regular girl who loves to EAT and share what I make. Initially, I did keto to lose weight... I've lost 40 pounds since December 2018. Now I'm doing keto as a way of life because it makes me feel healthy, strong, and mentally prepared to take on difficult situations. I don't count carbs or calories...I find that it doesn't fit my lifestyle. I choose ingredients that are naturally low in carbs. I have a pretty good idea which food has a low glycemic index and which food will spike my blood sugar level. I believe in improving myself as a whole person from the inside out. It involves eating right, being active, and doing things that make my heart happy. In this class, I will teach you how to cook delicious comfort food & Asian dishes that are keto-friendly.
