David is an optimistic native Spanish teacher from Spain who helps people from different parts of the world to learn Spanish. He discovered his passion for languages when he was 14. He grew up in a neighborhood where there was a lot of immigration from North Africa and especially from Morocco. Having so many Moroccan friends made it easy for him to become interested in their language. First, the swearing, then simple phrases, and gradually, he learned in a very natural way to communicate with them. After 2 years, he was fluent in Moroccan Arabic and had almost a native accent. He realized that making money in a job is not the main thing. He was making good money and still was not happy. So he decided to do a self-analysis and try to find something that he was passionate about. Something that, wouldn’t necessarily make him rich but that would allow him to make a living and at the same time wouldn’t condemn him to waste a third of his life doing something he wasn’t passionate about. So he asked himself: Why not help people who are learning Spanish? Spanish is in high demand, and he is a native speaker. So, in 2015, he decided to get certified as a Spanish teacher and start a new project. Now he is 100% sure that he was not wrong. He works much more than before, but he doesn’t mind that. He enjoys what he does. He feels he brings value to the world and helps many people at the same time. He likes to say that learning a language is like crossing a desert. You can do it with a map and a camel, or you can do it on your own. Either way, you can make it, but you have a much better chance if you choose the first option. Yourspanishguide is his suggestion to be your map and your camel to cross the desert and get to your goal of speaking Spanish fluently. It is a program delivered in a self-paced format, with short video lessons, quizzes, and with the option of 1:1 Skype lessons. With an optional Telegram group that allows you to interact with him (the teacher) and the other students, you can ask questions & get individual attention.
