I am a RYT 500 yoga alliance teacher with my first 200 hrs. of training in India and my second 300 hrs. of training in Nepal. I've had the gift of teaching many styles of yoga around the world for the past 5 years. From Vinyasa flow to Hatha, Mommy and me classes, prenatal classes or even just focused pranayama techniques and guided meditation I'm confident each student can find what he/she needs in one of my classes. My goal is to inspire people to find happiness and purpose within themselves as well as to transform and balance the body and heal any weaknesses who may be present.
