Your instructor, Phanella Fine
I am one of the UK’s leading Accredited Executive Coaches and a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. I’m also a former lawyer and banker, as well as a successful entrepreneur. Most importantly, I quickly and effectively help my clients achieve success on their own terms. I believe that change is always possible. Each of us can be happy at work, feel our best and create a life we love. My entire career is dedicated to helping you to understand how the beliefs you hold and the environments in which you operate can trigger behavior that may hold you back. Through simple and practical coaching and an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating clinical hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I then help you to implement and sustain positive change. As a coach, I specialize in helping you to find your purpose in a career change, grow your business authentically and lead with emotional intelligence. As a hypnotherapist, I treat a wide range of suitable issues but specialize in anxiety, low confidence and work-related stress, including burnout, imposter syndrome, public speaking and writer’s block. Above all, I blend expertise, experience and natural warmth to help you create real change in your work, life or perhaps both. A highly experienced Accredited Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and National Council of Psychotherapists, I passionately believe that everyone has the right and the ability to feel successful, happy, confident and calm with a little support. I understand the challenges you face: I’ve been a corporate lawyer and fund manager, before successfully starting and then selling my start-up – the game-changing careers platform, The Step Up Club – alongside having three children. My practical experience (I have coached hundreds of people to find success over the last ten years) is backed up by my Masters in Organizational Behavior (Career Management and Coaching) from Birkbeck, University of London (Merit) and my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, one of the world’s leading hypnotherapy training schools accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and approved by the British Psychological Society. I am also an Accredited MBTI and NEO PI-R practitioner. My book, Step Up: Confidence, Success and Your Stellar Career in 10 Minutes a Day was published by Ebury (Random House) in 2016. I am registered with the GHR, the AoC, the National Council of Psychotherapists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and adhere to the strictest ethical standards as well as engaging in regular supervision and CPD. I have also been featured in many leading publications such as: Vogue, BBC, The Wall Street Journal and much more!
Are you experiencing stress and anxiety? Would having more confidence change everything? Do you dream of waking up contented, calm and feeling good about yourself and your life? I understand. These are issues I see every day in my practice. The good news is that with evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy combined with coaching, you can start to feel better in just a few weeks. CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY DRIVEN BY EVIDENCE Hypnotherapy is amazing because it works. Not by putting you in a trance. Or empowering your subconscious. Far from it. All the evidence shows that hypnosis is a normal psychological process that delivers incredible results. Best of all, it’s something each of us can learn, so that after just a few sessions, you can continue creating change for the rest of your life. I am committed to an entirely evidence-based practice. This means that the methods I use are long-established, peer-reviewed interventions and are aligned with the conclusions of, among others, the British Psychological Society, the British Medical Association and the American Medical Association. THE CBH PROCESS: EXPLORE Using psychological assessment tools, feedback and open questioning, together we will identify your therapy goal. UNDERSTAND With your goal in mind, we will explore and identify your blockers and explore new approaches to systematically remove them from your path. IMPLEMENT Now we move forward, using an integrated treatment plan including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), clinical hypnosis and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, these interventions will help you achieve your goal. Book a free introductory appointment for to find out more.
