BAUDY STRENGTH: 45-minute total body, an interval-based workout that combines weight training and timed intervals to deliver a high energy metabolic resistance workout. Expect to sweat, move athletically, and push through your limitations. This class is low impact and but may involve light jumping. BAUDY CONDITIONING: 45-minute total body, bodyweight workout, that combines calisthenics and plyometrics for a full-body conditioning workout. Expect to sweat and embrace your inner athlete as we challenge your strength endurance. This class is a high impact but low impact modifications are offered.
